Will I have a dedicated person who works on all aspects of my billing?

No. When you work with ORI, you get an entire team of medical billing experts, each of whom brings their expertise in aspects of medical billing to your account. We have found the specialization approach to be much more effective.

Will I need to switch my billing systems to match ORI’s?

When considering outsourcing, some practices struggle with the possibility of having to learn a whole new system. Our billing experts will work with your system and will not require you to switch systems. As an accommodation, our team is trained in over 10 major medical billing platforms. If you are looking to save money on billing and update your current system, then we can also help with both of those needs.

How does communication work between my office and ORI?

Many offices worry about a lack of communication once they outsource their billing. When you partner with ORI, we make sure you still have direct access to your accounts, so you’ll be able to view your billing 24/7. You will also have a dedicated account manager who will be your point of contact for updates or questions.

 What is the timeline?

We typically need about 5-6 hours over the course of a few meetings to learn about your current systems and practice with additional time for clinic staff training as needed. Integrating into the new client’s system can be as quick as 30 to 60 days.

What kind of experience does the team at ORI have?

We are proud to employ an experienced and dedicated team. Our employees average 5 years of experience in the industry, and we have many billing experts who have 10 or more years of experience.

Outsource Receivables Inc has been supporting medical practices since 1998, and we continue to expertly serve our clients by staying on top of industry and system changes. Give us a call if you have any further questions about how we can support your practice’s medical billing.
