This commitment is a large part of our clinic financial services department. Our paperless work environment allows the financial services team to efficiently post and receive electronic deposits and EFTs from clearing houses.  The financial team also is in charge of all ERAs (electronic remittance advice).

Because our entire organization is rooted in an accounting mindset, we are diligent about accuracy.  Our financial services team, led by our company’s controller, reconciles receipts on a bi-weekly and monthly basis, so you are able to access your account at virtually any time of the month and see an accurate assessment of your accounts receivable receipts.
